Position Overview

The VP of Marketing & Growth will lead Bravo’s marketing and growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand leadership across all digital and offline touchpoints. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution across ATL, BTL, and digital channels — ensuring that every customer interaction strengthens Bravo’s position as a leading consumer finance brand. The ideal candidate combines creativity, commercial acumen, and analytical expertise to build scalable growth engines and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive growth and marketing strategy aligned with Bravo’s long-term objectives.

·       Translate business goals into integrated marketing roadmaps and measurable campaigns.

·       Drive collaboration across Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Sales for unified go-to-market execution.

·       Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on market trends, consumer behavior, and growth opportunities.

Growth & Performance Marketing

·       Own the end-to-end growth funnel — from awareness to acquisition, conversion, and retention.

·       Lead and optimize digital performance marketing across paid, owned, and earned media (search, social, affiliates, influencers).

·       Oversee SEO, SEM, ASO, and content marketing to drive organic visibility and engagement.

·       Manage marketing automation and CRM systems to deliver personalized, data-driven customer journeys.

·       Continuously optimize CAC, LTV, and ROI through experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.

Brand, ATL & BTL Marketing

·       Develop and strengthen Bravo’s brand positioning and identity within the consumer finance market.

·       Lead ATL (Above The Line) campaigns — TV, radio, OOH, and print — to build awareness and reach new audiences.

·       Oversee BTL (Below The Line) initiatives — activations, events, partnerships, and on-ground experiences — to drive direct engagement and conversions.

·       Ensure brand consistency across all customer and media touchpoints.

·       Supervise creative direction, storytelling, and communication strategy for all campaigns.

·       Build strong relationships with media agencies, production houses, and creative partners.

Customer Engagement & Retention

·       Design lifecycle marketing strategies (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging) to improve engagement and retention.

·       Collaborate with the Customer Success team to reduce churn and enhance user satisfaction.

·       Introduce referral, loyalty, and community programs to strengthen customer advocacy.

Leadership & Team Development

·       Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing and growth team covering performance, brand, creative, CRM, and data.

·       Set clear KPIs and OKRs for the team, fostering accountability and innovation.

·       Manage external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure quality and alignment with Bravo’s brand standards.

Data, Insights & Reporting

·       Establish a data-driven framework for measuring campaign success and growth metrics.

·       Generate actionable insights from customer data, market trends, and performance reports.

·       Present monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports to executive management.

Job requirements

Requirements:
·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

·       10+ years of marketing and growth experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

·       Proven experience leading ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns in fintech, consumer finance, or digital-first organizations.

·       Strong background in performance marketing, growth analytics, and brand development.

·       Demonstrated success in scaling customer acquisition and retention with measurable ROI.

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
