Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer with a strong focus on managing third-party integrations to join our fintech team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for the seamless integration and maintenance of third-party systems, ensuring a high level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Management:
● Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to design, implement, and maintain integrations.
● Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrations to ensure seamless performance.
● Monitor integration performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Technical Support:
● Serve as the primary technical contact for integration-related queries and issues. ● Provide timely and effective troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems.
● Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and troubleshooting guides. Customer Engagement: ● Assist clients and partners with onboarding and configuring integrations. ● Educate customers on best practices for utilizing third-party integrations.
● Collect feedback to continuously improve the integration experience.
Collaboration and Communication:

●Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on integration requirements.
● Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain technical concepts and solutions. ● Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and updates.
Continuous Improvement:
● Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to third-party integrations.
● Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing integrations.

Job requirements

Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or a related field, preferably within fintech or a similar industry.
● Proven experience managing third-party integrations.
● Proficiency in API integration, including REST and SOAP.
● Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
● Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
● Understanding of cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
● Experience with monitoring and debugging tools.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
