Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Supervise and support a team of client onboarding and sales representatives.

  • Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.

  • Monitor daily activities and ensure alignment with company goals and client satisfaction standards.

2. Sales & Target Management

  • Set individual and team sales targets in coordination with upper management.

  • Track performance metrics and drive team members to meet and exceed targets.

  • Identify opportunities for growth in assigned territories and suggest strategies accordingly.

3. Operational Oversight

  • Ensure 100% completion of client documentation and adherence to onboarding protocols.

  • Conduct spot checks and audits to verify accuracy and compliance in client files and reporting.

  • Ensure team adherence to location schedules, timekeeping, and company conduct standards.

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Review and consolidate daily reports from team members, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all field activities.

  • Escalate risks, operational gaps, or misconduct to management as necessary.

5. Field Engagement & Problem Solving

  • Join field visits periodically to support team activities, address client escalations, and identify real-time challenges.

  • Provide frontline feedback to improve processes, tools, and customer experience.

  • Serve as a role model for professional behavior and client interaction quality.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Team target achievement rate (monthly/quarterly).

  • Document accuracy and compliance score.

  • Team punctuality and schedule adherence.

  • Client satisfaction and complaint resolution time.

  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in financial services or consumer finance.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing field teams.
