Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Cards Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. As an On-Ground Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition and retention strategy. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, ensuring the completion of all necessary documents, and promoting our products and services to drive sales. Your commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets will be recognized and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding:

• Engage with potential clients to onboard them effectively, ensuring a 100% completion rate of all required documentation.

• Assist clients in understanding and completing necessary forms and agreements.

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.

Sales Promotion:

• Promote our products and services to potential clients to drive sales.

• Provide detailed information about our products, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Target Achievement:

• Commit to and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Strive to exceed targets, with over-achievements being recognized.

Professional Conduct:

• Maintain a professional attitude and behavior when interacting with clients.

• Uphold the company’s values and standards in all dealings.

• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Adherence to Schedule:

• Stick to designated working hours and rotational locations as assigned.

• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance and work commitments.

• Adapt to rotational schedules and location changes seamlessly.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Follow the established reporting processes and requirements on a daily basis.

• Submit accurate and timely reports on sales activities, client interactions, and document completion.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Job requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar role.

• Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to different working locations and schedules.

• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation purposes.
