Job Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of new and existing products, working at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities. You’ll collaborate across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver best-in-class solutions that align with our mission to make shopping smoother and cheaper to all.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company goals, informed by customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends.
Roadmap Development: Create and manage a dynamic product roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with quick wins to deliver immediate value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Customer-Centric Innovation: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities, translating them into actionable product requirements.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and key performance indicators to measure product success and guide decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product objectives and timelines.
Agile Execution: Lead sprint planning and execution, maintaining a clear backlog and prioritization process to deliver quality products at hypergrowth speed.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3-7 years of product management experience, preferably in a fintech environment. Experience in hypergrowth companies is a plus.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services, payments, lending, or related fintech sectors.
Customer Obsession: Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving their problems.
Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Technical Acumen: Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs.
Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, or similar); MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
