Job description
Role Overview:
The Head of Growth will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for driving comprehensive growth strategies across all channels while building and managing high-performing teams. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership to scale our user base and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and execute the company's overall growth strategy aligned with business objectives
Own the growth budget planning and allocation across all channels and initiatives
Create and maintain strategic roadmaps for user acquisition, engagement, and retention
Build and lead a high-performing growth team, including hiring and developing talent
Growth Marketing & User Acquisition
Design and implement multi-channel acquisition strategies across digital platforms (paid social, SEM, display) and offline channels
Lead ground-level activation campaigns and event marketing initiatives
Establish and optimize user referral programs and viral growth loops
Develop and execute content marketing and SEO strategies
Build strategic partnerships to accelerate user acquisition
Analytics & Reporting
Establish a robust data infrastructure and reporting framework across all departments
Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards for key business metrics
Own key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, retention, and unit economics
Implement attribution modeling and tracking systems
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership team and board members
Cross-functional Leadership
Partner with Product teams on growth initiatives and GTM strategies
Collaborate with Engineering on implementing tracking and optimization tools
Work with Finance on budget planning and performance reporting
Support Business Development in partner acquisition and integration
Team Building & Management
Build and manage specialized teams across:
Performance Marketing
Business Intelligence & Analytics
Growth Operations
Content & SEO
Marketing Operations
Job requirements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of scaling consumer products, preferably in fintech or BNPL
Strong experience in building and managing high-performing teams
Deep understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and analytics
Experience in strategic planning and budget management ($1M+ annual budget)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and BI tools
Excellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
