Role Overview:

The Head of Growth will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for driving comprehensive growth strategies across all channels while building and managing high-performing teams. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership to scale our user base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and execute the company's overall growth strategy aligned with business objectives

  • Own the growth budget planning and allocation across all channels and initiatives

  • Create and maintain strategic roadmaps for user acquisition, engagement, and retention

  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team, including hiring and developing talent

Growth Marketing & User Acquisition

  • Design and implement multi-channel acquisition strategies across digital platforms (paid social, SEM, display) and offline channels

  • Lead ground-level activation campaigns and event marketing initiatives

  • Establish and optimize user referral programs and viral growth loops

  • Develop and execute content marketing and SEO strategies

  • Build strategic partnerships to accelerate user acquisition

Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish a robust data infrastructure and reporting framework across all departments

  • Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards for key business metrics

  • Own key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, retention, and unit economics

  • Implement attribution modeling and tracking systems

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership team and board members

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product teams on growth initiatives and GTM strategies

  • Collaborate with Engineering on implementing tracking and optimization tools

  • Work with Finance on budget planning and performance reporting

  • Support Business Development in partner acquisition and integration

Team Building & Management

Build and manage specialized teams across:

  • Performance Marketing

  • Business Intelligence & Analytics

  • Growth Operations

  • Content & SEO

  • Marketing Operations

Job requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Proven track record of scaling consumer products, preferably in fintech or BNPL

  • Strong experience in building and managing high-performing teams

  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and analytics

  • Experience in strategic planning and budget management ($1M+ annual budget)

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and BI tools

  • Excellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
