Job Overview

As an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization meets all compliance requirements related to anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention. In this position, you will oversee adherence to regulatory frameworks set by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and provide guidance to the business on AML policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include monitoring transactions, conducting due diligence, and providing expert advice to team members to foster a culture of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with FRA regulations and AML legislation, providing expertise across the organization.

• Conduct AML and KYC checks, including due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing transaction monitoring.

• Support employees by clarifying AML requirements and conducting training as needed.

• Maintain a clear record, free from any disciplinary or criminal actions, and successfully pass the AMLO interview with the FRA.

• Develop and implement AML policies, procedures, and controls in line with current regulatory requirements.

• Conduct periodic audits of AML practices to identify gaps and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in AML, internal control, or risk management.

• Knowledge of AML/Sanctions requirements and familiarity with AML monitoring systems.

• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills in both Arabic and English.

• High level of integrity, credibility, and professionalism.
